Richard Whiley. Media Director. Richard is the most experienced media planning and buying specialist in the East of England. Starting in advertising sales with Anglia TV in London, Richard moved on to agencies where he achieved increasing seniority with global groups including Ted Bates and Oglivy Mather. Richard returned to Norwich and was appointed Media Director of Fox Murphy, a role he retained until joining Media Managers in 2007. With nearly 15 years of digital experience, Peter has evolved with online and is amongst the pioneers of Web 3.0.  He has also worked with Hotels.com, Premier Travel Inns, Beefeater, Flybe, Continental Airlines, Unilever, Proctor & Gamble, Porsche, Fiat, James Villas, Costa Coffee amongst broad range of clients

Jon Elson: Account Director. Jon brings over twelve years front line advertising agency account management experience across all aspects of project management, media planning and buying and customer care. His previous client experience includes BMW, Audi, Suffolk County Council, Notcutts plc and APU (now Anglia Ruskin University). Jon’s daily activities include constructing cost effective and goal focused media strategies and negotiating best rates with the media owners. He remains focussed in building strong client relationships and is a very capable and thorough project manager.

Katharine Dean. TV Buying Manager. Katharine’s experience began at AMV.BBDO in 1988 and eight years later moved to PHD. Her experience ranges from retail accounts like Comet, Sainsbury’s and IKEA to other major brands including Simple Skincare, Nivea, Lil-lets, Ryvita, Ski Yoghurt and Volvo. Katharine works across a range of brands Media Managers plans and buys on TV and is well connected at the most senior levels with the TV media owners.

Anna Perkins: Account Manager Digital. Anna’s professional experience started in strategic media planning at Zenith Optimedia, where she worked on Army Recruitment, MFI, Constellation Wines, AEG and Twinning’s accounts. Anna then moved to OMD to develop her career and professional capabilities in digital media where she worked on Citroen, Intel, Carlsberg as a digital strategic planner. Anna is perfectly positioned to exploit her knowledge of traditional media within her current role in digital media. Anna builds and executes campaigns for our clients search, display, social media underpinned by her strategic planning capabilities.

Fiona Elliott. Account Executive. Fiona has worked for the past 12 years in advertising and marketing, starting at the ground floor in administrative roles moving through to project management.  Fiona is a very hands-on, competent marketer with cross marketing skills including planning and buying media campaigns. Her broad ranging talents include producing effective creative briefs, liaison with internal and external suppliers and a very sharp negotiating ability.
